This special boiler adopts a vertical open-air integrated design,
with the drum as the core, vertically integrating the economizer
and superheater modules, and combining the box-type quick-release
interface structure to achieve convenient replacement and efficient
maintenance of the segmented modules. Through the coordinated
temperature control system of water-cooled wall radiation heat
exchange and superheater convection heat exchange, the stability of
superheated steam output is guaranteed under high-pressure
conditions, adapting to the stringent requirements for precise
temperature control in fine chemicals and special materials
production, while taking into account the compactness of the
equipment and operational reliability.

This special boiler is based on a vertical open-air integrated
architecture (drum in the center + economizer/superheater vertical
stacking). Through the box-type economizer quick-release interface
(flange seal + slide rail positioning), the
second/third/fourth-stage economizer module can be replaced
independently, and the maintenance downtime is shortened by 70%. It
adopts a multi-media collaborative temperature control system
(water-cooled wall radiation heat exchange + superheater convection
heat exchange), and stably outputs 400℃ superheated steam under
4.6MPa high-pressure conditions, with a temperature fluctuation of
≤±5℃, meeting the production needs of fine chemicals and special
materials.
